Surf-Sales demo at Spray Watersports.

Spent most of the day waiting for wind, then it filled in and it wasn't just the Kona's on the water .... the shortboards were in demand.

I nipped out to test out the S-Cross 115 Pro-Model I'd collected from Defi Wind where Exocet had launched the Pro-Model range. I'd rigged a 6.9m demo Remedy, so just plugged that in and went for it ..... board was really nice, and can see it being a popular choice.

Gareth popped along later (Army racer) and I sent him out on it for a quick spin with his 7.8m Lightning .... his feedback was equally encouraging, saying it felt like a really user friendly version of his iSonic 115, and in many ways a more suitable blasting board for coastal use than the iSonic .... tho at locations like Weymouth, his iSonic would be his choice everytime.

Decent demo, with approx 10-15 people all out on demo kit at one stage .... and those Kona's are all proving popular with people who try them.

Happy days ... Bewl Demo on the 8th, Rye Watersports on the 9th, then Rhosneigr for the weekend ... lets hope for wind at all of them !!
